Generally, the steps are removing\/lowering the hump, tip reshaping, correction of the deviations, reconstituting the overall nasal alignment, opening the blocked airways and more. Since the needs of every single patient is different, the to-do-list for every nose is different as well. How long do I need to stay in Istanbul?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A rhinoplasty patient can get back to daily routine after having the internal splints removed 3 days after surgery, but of course avoiding any external impact on the nose. If the cast is a problem about getting back to social life, then we need to wait for a week after the date of surgery.
