Laser skin resurfacing peels the superficial layer of the skin, while stimulating the cells in the deeper layer to rejuvenate. Thus, the external layer of the skin which becomes dull and tired due to sunlight, environmental factors, makeup etc, is replaced with a new fresh and shiny skin.
